Cancellation Policy

Commissary Kitchen Rental Liability Waiver By booking and using The Creative Space Dixon’s commissary kitchen, you agree to the following terms and conditions, releasing The Creative Space Dixon from liability related to your use of the kitchen facilities. 1. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that the use of the kitchen involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, burns, foodborne illness, or other health and safety hazards. By booking the kitchen, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of the facilities. 2. Release of Liability By using the commissary kitchen, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Creative Space Dixon, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any injury, loss, or damage sustained by you or any third party while on the premises or using the kitchen equipment. 3. Kitchen Use and Equipment Responsibility You agree to use all equipment and facilities in accordance with their intended purposes and in a safe and responsible manner. You are responsible for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property that occurs during your rental period. Any loss or damage will be billed directly to you for repair or replacement costs. 4. Health and Safety Compliance You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for following all health and safety regulations, including those related to food preparation, sanitation, and food storage, as outlined by local, state, and federal guidelines. The Creative Space Dixon is not liable for any foodborne illnesses, contamination, or improper food handling that occurs during your use of the kitchen. 5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Creative Space Dixon from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the kitchen, including any injuries to third parties, damage to property, or violations of health regulations. 6. No Supervision or Medical Coverage The Creative Space Dixon does not provide supervision or medical coverage during your rental. You are solely responsible for any medical treatment, first aid, or other necessary actions in the event of injury or illness. 7. Alcohol and Drug Policy You acknowledge that the use of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited during your kitchen rental. Any violation of this policy
